In 1990 the first continuous Dieffenbacher press CPS was delivered to a particle board plant. Customers around the world have been producing high-quality particle boards using Dieffenbacher plants ever since.

We respond to our customers' requirements to reduce production costs with numerous technical innovations and further developments. For example, Dieffenbacher developed various lightweight panel concepts that require up to 30% less wood. Another approach in the field of particle boards is efficient gluing solutions such as EVOjet P, which Dieffenbacher guarantees to have a low level of glue consumption.

Dieffenbacher has so far supplied continuous presses to more than 70   MDF, HDF and THDF board plants worldwide. They each have the distinguishing feature of first-rate product quality. Thanks to an extremely precise forming accuracy, MDF boards are produced with perfect   surfaces, which are ready for direct coating or digital printing on either side.

Compared to normal blowline gluing, additional, sometimes substantial glue savings can be achieved using the PROjet and EVOjet M gluing systems with no loss of quality. Dieffenbacher also offers solutions for lightweight MDF panels, not just particle boards. Thin panels with a thickness of 1.5 mm or less that can be directly coated form the perfect   basis for honeycomb panels.

With over 30 OSB plants worldwide, Dieffenbacher has undeniable   expertise. Not only continuous plants with a CPS are available, but also   high-performance multi-level plants with an oscillating screen for   differing requirements.

Dieffenbacher offers a special design of OSL plants that feature   longitudinally oriented strands exclusively. A microwave preheating   system is an ideal addition to effectively increase capacity, in   particular for these mostly very thick boards.
